In the past 30 years, I have witnessed the development of Hua Liang seed industry. Looking back on the past, there are many memories that are hard to forget. I remember the acquaintance with Sun Mingyuan, the chairman of Hua Liang seed industry, in the early 80s of last century. In my impression, he was a wise, tough and persistent person. From January 1984, he began to cooperate with Sun Mingyuan to breed Rubai six, and in July 11th Sun Mingyuan bred a generation of hybrid seeds 27.7 Jin, after autumn field. The appraisal reached the national standard and started the seed industry. In the second year, the area of seed production developed to 50 mu, and the breeding of the white cabbage variety of Lu Bai six reached more than 6000 kilograms. In June 9, 1985, the Linqu Office of Shandong cabbage center was formally established as the predecessor of Hua Liang seed industry. Sun Mingyuan led a group of people in the office to keep forging ahead in the process of breeding and popularizing Chinese cabbage varieties, and along the way, production and sales increased year by year. By 2000, the total output has reached 150 thousand kg, and sales volume has reached nearly 150 thousand kilograms. Lu Bai six has been extended to more than 10 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of the country. The breeding and promotion of Lu Bai six not only brought obvious economic benefits to the seed producers and the Linqu Office of the year, but also made thousands of vegetable farmers and growers to increase their income. I myself also received awards from the party and the government because of the achievement. This makes me realize that agricultural technology can only be found in rural areas and rely on farmers to find a better place to better reflect its value. I want to thank the leader and his team of Hua Liang seed industry. They have given me many insights into life and the driving force for the development of improved Chinese cabbage varieties.

The company has independently developed more than 40 varieties of Chinese cabbage. There are 6 Chinese cabbage varieties and 1 maize varieties approved by the provincial level. The company has created its own brand and gained many honors, such as "national scientific and technological progress three prize", "key leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Shandong province", "standard unit of crop seed management in Shandong province", "Weifang city science and education to develop agriculture advanced unit", Hua Liangshang standard as "Shandong province famous trademark", The products of Hua Liang were rated as famous brand products in Shandong province. All these are the results of pioneering and enterprising and courageously striving for the first few years. I am gratified by the brilliant achievements made by Hua Liang seed industry. Through years of cooperation and exchanges, I am aware of what kind of tenacity and persistence, responsibilities and responsibilities, and vision and blueprint.
